Timorese farmers are embracing agroforestry as a nature-based solution to climate change and are reaping the benefits in a Climate Resilient by Nature supported project implemented by Caritas and Catholic Relief Services.

Caritas, in partnership with Catholic Relief Services are supporting communities to reduce deforestation and promote agroforestry. The injection of new trees can reduce pressure on forest ecosystems, and provide critical climate mitigation and adaptation benefits.
